Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your New Adventures dolls. In the event that you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We are happy to exchange the product or issue you a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping, handling or other service fees) upon receipt of your unopened or unused product within 30 days from the date the product was delivered to you.
New Adventures does not refund return shipping fees and will only process a refund for the purchase price of the item. Return labels are only provided for orders which are defective. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a tracking number once the item has been returned. New Adventures is not responsible if your return got lost in transit, damaged in the delivery process or not delivered to our return address.
We cannot accept returns of products purchased from a retail store or Amazon or ebay
